The 3-Sentence Rule: How to Double Your Reply Rates
Nobody reads walls of text. If your cold email takes more than 10 seconds to read, it's getting deleted. Here is the exact structure to fix it.
The Problem: "Me, Me, Me"
Most cold emails start with "Hi, my name is X and I work at Y...". The prospect doesn't care. They care about their problems, not your company.
The Solution: The 3-Sentence Framework
You only need three parts to spark interest:
- The Hook (Observation): Show you know them. "Saw you're hiring 5 SDRs in Paris."
- The Value (Problem/Solution): Connect it to a pain. "Usually, ramping them takes 3 months. We cut that to 3 weeks with our playbook."
- The Ask (Soft CTA): Low friction. "Open to seeing how?"
Why it works
It respects their time. It proves relevance immediately. It asks for interest, not a meeting.
